 Terms of Sale for FameFlame (Amplify Media Consulting LLC.)

1. Service Description:

FameFlame, a division of Amplify Media Consulting LLC., is a reseller of various social media marketing (SMM) services. We serve as an intermediary, facilitating the provision of likes, subscribers, comments, and other forms of engagement from third-party vendors.

2. User Responsibility and Legal Compliance:

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of FameFlame's services complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and social media platform rules. Users accept all legal risks associated with their use of these services.

3. Intended Use:

FameFlame's services are designed for entertainment purposes only. Users should not use these services to deceive or mislead others. Ethical use of our services is mandatory.

4. Nature of Engagement:

FameFlame does not guarantee the authenticity or source of the social media engagement it resells. The nature of this engagement may vary, and users should understand that it may not always represent genuine interaction.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Services not rendered within the specified time may be eligible for a refund.

Pro-rata refunds will be issued for partially delivered services.

Refunds will be made to the user's FameFlame account, not as cash or credit card refunds. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

6. Limitation of Liability:

FameFlame and Amplify Media Consulting LLC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Indemnification Clause:

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FameFlame and its parent company, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of the user's use of our services.

8. Transparency and Ethical Marketing:

Users must ensure that their use of social media engagement services is transparent and does not violate any guidelines set forth by relevant authorities or social media platforms regarding endorsements and marketing.


 9. Account and Data Security:

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. FameFlame is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the user's failure to comply with this security obligation.

10. Changes to Terms:

FameFlame reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amplify Media Consulting LLC. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be handled through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

13. No Waiver:

The failure of FameFlame to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

FameFlame Acceptable Use Policy

(AUP)

Amplify Media Consulting LLC.

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of FameFlame's services and ensures that our platform remains a responsible and ethical environment. By accessing and using FameFlame, you agree to comply with this policy and any applicable laws and regulations.

1. Prohibited Uses:

You may not use FameFlame's services for any of the following purposes:

Illegal activities: Engaging in any activity that is illegal under local, state, national, or international law.

Harmful conduct: Promoting violence, hate speech, harassment, or any form of bullying. Fraudulent or deceptive practices: Misrepresenting yourself or your affiliations, including impersonation.


 Infringing on intellectual property: Violating or encouraging the violation of intellectual property rights.

2. Content Standards:

All content disseminated through our service must adhere to the following standards:

Must not contain explicit or offensive language or imagery.

Must not promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

Must not incite or glorify violence or harm to others or self.

Must respect privacy and confidentiality, not sharing information without consent.

3. Compliance with Social Media Platform Rules:

Users must adhere to the terms and policies of the social media platforms on which they engage. This includes not violating any platform-specific rules regarding the use of bots, fake engagement, or manipulation of algorithms.

4. Spam and Unsolicited Communications:

You must not use FameFlame's services to send spam or other unsolicited communications. This includes mass messaging, auto-messaging, and the use of bots for outreach without explicit consent.

5. Security:

Users must not engage in activities that compromise the security of the platform. This includes spreading malware, viruses, or other harmful code, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system or to other users' accounts.

6. Enforcement and Reporting:

FameFlame reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in FameFlame's sole discretion, violates this AUP, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the service and terminating or suspending the account of such violators.

7. Modifications to the AUP:

FameFlame reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to abide by the AUP as modified.
